Here is a short video of Poly API enabling OpenAI #ChatGPT working with Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud and Twilio. Lots of learnings are being uncovered in getting these systems working together. Will share those in future posts. At this point I can say with confidence that most enterprise APIs will need modifications to be usable by AI. Additionally, I have discovered that the most interesting add-ons will likely include capabilities beyond their core service. More to come…
