Challenge

Kirkwood Collection’s rapid growth necessitated a robust enterprise-grade tech stack to manage operations effectively.   • Simplified Architecture: By distributing architectural and integration responsibilities to PolyAPI, Kirkwood Collection eliminated the need for extensive in-house development roles, reducing technical overhead.
  • Automated Data Flows: PolyAPI enabled seamless data transfer between hotel systems, such as Opera Cloud, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, UGK, Lighthouse, Star, and more, as well as bookkeeping, marketing cloud, analytics, and planning tools. This eliminated the need for manual copy-and-paste processes, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
  • Real-Time Adjustments: Reduced time for tasks such as revenue tracking and room price adjustments, which previously took many hours on a daily basis.
